The site or app will not load
Nothing loads on one network, but works on another
- Cause
- Indian ISPs and some workplace or college networks block betting domains.
- Fix
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to confirm. We do not recommend using VPNs or unofficial mirror addresses to get round blocks; using a VPN can breach the operator’s terms and lead to a frozen account, and mirror links are a common phishing route.
“This site can’t be reached” everywhere
- Cause
- Operator outage or maintenance.
- Fix
- Wait and retry. Scheduled maintenance is usually announced in advance. Do not trust “new address” links from messages.
Certificate or “connection not private” warning
- Cause
- Wrong device date/time, a network intercepting traffic, or a lookalike domain.
- Fix
- Set date and time to automatic. Check the address carefully. Never click through a certificate warning on a site where you enter a password.
Slow, freezing or odds not updating
- Close live streams you are not watching; they consume most of the bandwidth.
- Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Ekbet → Storage → Clear cache) or the site data in your browser.
- The operator’s download page has a SpeedTest link that checks your connection to its servers.
- On older phones, use the mobile website rather than the app for live pages.

- Locked, suspended or “under review” accounts
- Missing deposits and pending or rejected withdrawals
- Bonus disputes, voided bets and settlement questions
- Changing a registered phone number or name
- Suspected unauthorised access
