How the Ekbet login works
One set of credentials covers everything. The same username and password open the Ekbet mobile app, the mobile site and the desktop site, and all three read the same balance. There is no separate app login and no second account to keep track of.
You can sign in with either the registered mobile number or the email address, together with the password you set at registration. Sessions stay open for a period and then expire, which is deliberate: a betting session that never times out is a betting session that a borrowed phone can walk into.
Signing in on the app and in a browser
In the Ekbet app
Log in once, then enable fingerprint or Face ID in the app’s security settings. After that the password is typed rarely, which means it can be long and random without being annoying.
In a browser
Use your browser’s password manager and let it fill the form. That also protects you from lookalike domains, because a manager will not offer credentials on the wrong site.
Biometric unlock is a convenience layer, not a second factor. It replaces typing the password on that device; it does not stop someone who already has the password signing in somewhere else. Keep the password unique regardless.
Resetting a forgotten password
Open the login panel and choose the reset link
It sits directly under the password field on both the app and the site.
Enter the registered email or mobile number
It must be the one on the account. A different address produces no email and no error, by design.
Open the reset link or enter the code
Reset links are short-lived, often under an hour. If it has expired, request a fresh one rather than reloading the old page.
Set a new password and sign in everywhere again
Changing the password normally ends other active sessions, which is exactly what you want if the reset was prompted by something suspicious.
Why an account locks, and how to clear it
| What you see | Usual cause | What clears it |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid credentials, repeatedly | Caps lock, or a password manager filling an old entry | Type it manually once, then update the stored entry |
| Temporarily locked | Too many failed attempts in a short window | Wait the cooling period, then reset rather than guess again |
| Account under review | Verification pending or a payment flagged for checking | Complete KYC; contact support with the reference |
| Session expires instantly | Device clock badly wrong, or cookies blocked | Set the clock to automatic, allow cookies for the site |
| Self-excluded | A block you applied yourself | Cannot be lifted early. That is the point of it |
| Login works on web, not in the app | Stale cached build after an update | Clear the app cache or reinstall the current build |
Fake login pages and how to spot them
Betting credentials are worth money, so cloned login pages circulate constantly. They arrive as a Telegram link, a WhatsApp forward promising a bonus, or a sponsored search result sitting above the real one. The page looks right because it is a copy of the real one.
- Check the domain, not the design. Look for inserted words, hyphens, extra letters and unusual endings. The padlock only proves encryption, not honesty.
- Reach the site the same way every time. A bookmark or the app icon, never a link from a message.
- Treat bonus links with suspicion. Real promotions appear inside your account, not in an unsolicited message.
- Never share an OTP. No employee of any legitimate operator will ask for one. Anyone who does is stealing the account, in that moment.
- Refuse screen-sharing requests. A “support agent” asking you to install AnyDesk or TeamViewer is not support.
If you entered your password on a page you now doubt: change the password immediately from the real app, sign out of all sessions, check whether the registered email or withdrawal details were altered, and tell support. Speed matters more than certainty here.
Sessions, devices and shared phones
The security section of the account shows recent sign-ins. Look at it occasionally. An unfamiliar city or device is worth a password change even if nothing has gone missing, because account takeovers usually start quietly and change the withdrawal details before they touch the balance.
On a shared or family phone, do not enable biometric unlock, do not tick remember me, and sign out properly rather than just closing the app. A stored session is a live session.
Changing the email, number or password
- Password: change it yourself in account settings, at any time.
- Email address: normally self-service, with confirmation to both the old and the new address.
- Mobile number: handled by support with verification, because it is the recovery channel and the OTP destination.
- Name or date of birth: only with documentary evidence, since these are the fields KYC is checked against.
Expect a short hold on withdrawals after a change to security details. It is a standard anti-takeover measure and it clears on its own.
Where to go from here
If you have not created the account yet, start with Ekbet registration. If you need the installer, the Ekbet app download guide covers the Android APK and the iOS build. Once you are in, the sportsbook, live betting, casino and horse racing guides each explain how that section works.
Ekbet login: frequently asked questions
Is the login the same for the app and the website?
Yes. One account, one password, one balance. Signing in on the Ekbet mobile app does not create a separate profile.
I forgot my password. What happens to my balance?
Nothing. The balance sits on the server, not on the device. Reset the password through the registered email or mobile number and sign in again.
Why does the app say my credentials are wrong when the website accepts them?
Usually a stale cached build. Clear the app cache or install the current version from the mobile page. If it persists, reset the password once and try again.
Can I use fingerprint or Face ID to log in?
Yes, once you have signed in with the password at least once on that device. Enable it in the app’s security settings.
Someone may have my password. What should I do first?
Change the password from the real app, then sign out of all other sessions, then check that the registered email and withdrawal method have not been altered. Contact support afterwards.
Can I log in from another country while travelling?
Access depends on where the operator is licensed to serve customers. Sign-ins from an unexpected location can also trigger a security check, so expect a verification step.
How do I close my account?
Through support, or through the self-exclusion tools if the reason is gambling-related. The responsible gambling page sets out the options.
How this page is compiled. Bonus amounts, wagering multiples, limits and system requirements on this page come from the operator’s own terms and conditions, promotion pages and app install screens. Where a figure can change without notice we say so in the text. This site cannot open, fund, verify or close a player account, and nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome.
